Responsibilities

• Provide individually adapted care to customers in their homes
• Perform personal care and assistance with meals
• Handle medication management
• Perform light household tasks
• Provide social support and documentation

Requirements

• Genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Empathetic, attentive, and flexible personality
• Strong collaborative skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record (belastningsregister)

Preferred Qualifications

• Education within healthcare/caregiving
• Experience in elderly care
• Valid B-driver's license
