Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development, testing, and enhancement of industrial and manufacturing SaaS products
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise, software demonstrations, and solution scoping
• Lead or assist with software implementation activities, including configuration, onboarding, and training
• Troubleshoot software, data, and integration issues during customer implementation and support cycles
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure digital solutions align with operational requirements
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous product improvements
• Assist with internal R&D initiatives related to emerging digital technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and project locations as required
• Ability to perform onsite work in industrial environments, which may include standing, walking, or equipment handling
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS solutions in industrial or manufacturing applications
• Experience in the metals industry, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant layouts, or industrial equipment
