Solutions Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for the Surgical Workplaces (SWP) portfolio in line with the company sales plan
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve territory targets in the North West and West Yorkshire regions
• Manage and develop key customer accounts, acting as a trusted business advisor to maximize growth
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service renewals within required timescales
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including taking competitor market share
• Maintain accurate business opportunities and call records using Salesforce
• Deliver corporate and product-specific presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define commercial requirements and contribute to the SWP sales strategy

Requirements

• Proven track record of overachieving sales budgets, ideally within capital or operating room sales
• Strong negotiation and selling skills for high-value opportunities
• Experience working with procurement managers and budget holders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to build trust through a consultative, solution-oriented approach
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid UK driver's license and eligibility to work in the UK
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to meet customer needs
