About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand market share.
  • Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with the Territory Manager to achieve order intake targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote products and services.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and regular engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-10+ years of relevant experience in Vertical Packaging Equipment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75% of the time to visit customers and attend industry functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
