Solutions Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable software systems
• Design and build agentic AI solutions for validation processes
• Lead multiple project teams through all stages of design and development, including coding, testing, and integration
• Monitor and test application performance to identify bottlenecks and implement fixes
• Optimize software systems for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency
• Gather system engineering requirements by collaborating with engineering groups and stakeholders
• Review and evaluate designs for compliance with development guidelines and standards
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering or computer programming
• Proficiency in software development and systems engineering
• Experience with automation, debugging, and scalable architecture
• Knowledge of technologies such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Software Systems Engineer (CSSE)
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and microservices architecture
