Solutions Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete product solutions and ecosystems by aligning hardware requirements with experience roadmaps.
• Define product solutions and features in collaboration with Marketing teams.
• Develop integration plans with design, development, and test partners to meet program goals.
• Manage integration delivery alongside Technical Project Managers to ensure successful product launches.
• Navigate between agile and waterfall schedules to synchronize hardware and solution delivery.
• Drive solution checkpoint preparation, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Perform risk management in coordination with technical program managers and test teams.
• Manage change requests and provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in project planning tools, software packages, and project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban principles.
• Experience in new product development and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA and software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Demonstrated ability in change management and process improvement.
