Solutions Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage technical workflows to prevent methodology drift and ensure consistent product deployment across segments.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including stage conversion rates, cycle length, and resource utilization.
• Develop and enhance centralized resources such as project plan templates, demo catalogs, and shared playbooks.
• Maintain and iterate on AI and automation systems to improve the productivity and reliability of Solutions Consultants and Engineers.
• Partner with segment Directors to translate strategic direction into scalable, structured programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy, specifically within SaaS Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Proven track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end in high-growth startup environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and automation tooling, including the ability to measure productivity ROI.
• Strong change management experience and the ability to navigate organizational transitions.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to build structure within ambiguous environments.
