Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Customer and technical teams to route priorities and facilitate communication.
• Build and maintain live trackers of open items and share status updates with customer decision-makers.
• Coordinate hardware troubleshooting and installation logistics with Infrastructure and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines accounting for engineering cycles and customer requirements.
• Own the program timeline from kick-off to close, tracking milestones, dependencies, and blockers.
• Facilitate technical requirements gathering and ensure Sales/Customer Success have accurate information from Engineering.
• Manage lab and store install scheduling and organize customer inputs like planograms and reference data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines and drive cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project blockers.
• Experience communicating directly with enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail technology, computer vision, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Linear or Notion.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle for AI-driven systems.
