Solutions Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during customer briefings and agenda planning to align customer priorities with HP solution capabilities
• Translate complex customer business and technical requirements into compelling, tailored solution narratives
• Lead technical tours and conduct in-depth solution deep dives during customer visits at the Singapore Customer Welcome Center
• Guide Demo Leads in implementing demonstrations that reflect real-world use cases and customer priorities
• Collaborate with in-house technical consultants and business teams to ensure technical content reflects current industry trends
• Stay current on new products, technologies, and solution updates to provide accurate, high-impact technical presentations

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in consultative or solutions selling roles
• Proven ability to uncover technical pain points and align technology solutions to business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering engaging technical presentations to senior IT leaders
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions portfolios, architectures, and integration capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
