Solutions Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor for customer briefings and agenda planning to ensure alignment with customer priorities.
• Translate complex customer business and technical requirements into tailored solution narratives.
• Lead technical tours and conduct in-depth solution deep dives during customer visits at the Singapore Customer Welcome Center.
• Guide Demo Leads in implementing demonstrations that reflect real-world use cases and customer priorities.
• Collaborate with in-house technical consultants and business teams to ensure content reflects industry trends.
• Stay current on new products, technologies, and solution updates to provide accurate presentations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in consultative or solutions selling.
• Proven ability to uncover technical pain points and align solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering engaging technical presentations to senior IT leaders.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions portfolios, architectures, and integration capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
