Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales department by participating in product demonstration calls
• Manage the post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews
• Serve as a technical expert to provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope
• Assist engineering teams in creating and demonstrating practical solutions
• Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate potential gaps in processes and cycles
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates to improve customer experience
• Work alongside sales teams to monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives
• Create and deploy product training webinars
• Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions
• Understanding of the sales cycle
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Knowledge of best practices regarding system security measures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the cybersecurity industry
