About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales department by participating in product demonstration calls
- Manage the post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews
- Serve as a technical expert to provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope
- Assist engineering teams in creating and demonstrating practical solutions
- Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate potential gaps in processes and cycles
- Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates to improve customer experience
- Work alongside sales teams to monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives
- Create and deploy product training webinars
- Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions
- Understanding of the sales cycle
- Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Knowledge of best practices regarding system security measures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL

- Experience within the cybersecurity industry
