Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through AI product trials and proofs of value (POVs)
• Identify and quantify opportunities for agentic AI products to deliver business value
• Create and maintain an internal AI library and content repository
• Represent Talkdesk at events, conferences, and technical workshops
• Lead in-depth technical discussions as the primary point of contact for AI solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams
• Lead discussions regarding AI security, ethics, compliance, and governance
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of agentic AI architecture and roadmaps

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years as an AI Solutions Consultant in Enterprise software sales
• Foundational programming literacy and ability to interpret code snippets
• Strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI concepts
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet business requirements with technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM, ITSM, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence
• Knowledge of web and scripting technologies
