Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own trial environments end-to-end by building custom accounts tuned to specific prospect use cases and buying signals
• Lead the technical portions of customer demos, addressing questions regarding integrations, API support, and MCP access
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by gathering feedback and advocating for feature improvements with the product team
• Enable Account Executives on new product releases by translating technical features into compelling demo narratives
• Help define the systems, rituals, and rules of engagement for the newly established solutions engineering function

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical configuration skills with the ability to quickly master complex SaaS data models
• A consultative approach to problem-solving, prioritizing understanding customer context before building solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders ranging from end users to CIOs
• An AI-forward mindset with a passion for automation and testing new models within workflows
