Responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners
• Own the technical narrative from C-suite boardrooms to deep-dive engineering sessions
• Educate customers on platform capabilities, philosophy, and the strategic case for structured content
• Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proof of concepts
• Build showcase implementations, enablement programs, and best practice guides
• Represent strategic customer requirements to product and engineering to influence the roadmap
• Mentor the broader Solutions Engineering team

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise solution selling, including Fortune 500 accounts
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git
• Ability to design and demonstrate working technical solutions
• Exceptional communication skills for both executive and engineering audiences
• Proven discovery skills to uncover customer pain points
• Familiarity with CMS and content operations
• Solution-oriented, creative, and autonomous mindset
