Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with intelligence partners to understand missions, data workflows, and requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy tailored software solutions utilizing the Rhombus Power AI platform
• Write, test, and maintain production-grade code across the full stack including DevOps, backend, and frontend
• Provide technical consultation to partners to achieve strategic mission goals
• Serve as a technical liaison between customer teams and core product engineering teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues in live operational environments
• Travel to customer sites for deployment and integration

Requirements

• Professional-level proficiency in English
• 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical consulting, or data engineering
• Experience as a software generalist across the full technology stack
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as requirement gathering or technical support
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Linux/Unix systems and system administration
