Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities through demos and proof-of-concepts
• Design and advise on system architecture or data flow for product integration
• Write scripts and code to help customers leverage products via API calls, connectors, and dashboards
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to identify high-impact improvements and surface usability gaps

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, and infrastructure
• Strong experience with Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages
• Deep interest in the latest developments in ML/AI
