About the Company
Gist GEO is building the platform that helps brands understand and improve their visibility inside AI-generated answers. We are operating at the forefront of a new category in AI search and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Become the definitive product expert and lead high-quality product demonstrations
- Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery, and run tailored demos
- Lead proof of concepts, handle technical objections, and navigate security reviews
- Manage technical aspects of integrations and API questions
- Provide white-glove onboarding and regular customer check-ins to ensure value realization
- Interpret platform data and run admin reports to guide client stakeholders
- Feed customer and prospect insights back to the Sales and Product teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or sales engineering at a SaaS company
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Experience managing enterprise deal cycles and multi-threaded stakeholders
- Ability to analyze platform data and communicate insights to executives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust to different audiences
- Experience in GEO, AI search, or SEO is strongly desired
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital marketing PPC, content strategy, or consumer behavior
- Experience working in an early-stage or fast-moving SaaS environment
