Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions
• Demonstrate value by building demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architecture patterns
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and FAQs discovered during pre-sales
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluation and purchasing processes
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal product teams by gathering and relaying feedback
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role
• Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with global organizations
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS requirements
• Foundational training in Python or Javascript
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
• Knowledge of network and cloud architecture
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences
