Responsibilities

• Unblock new-market deals across the UK and Nordics by scoping integrations and mapping workflows.
• Build and debug customer integrations and custom interfaces for client-facing demos.
• Create market demos and portal prototypes to prove product value.
• Conduct Technical Readiness Assessments (TRAs) to map customer systems and dependencies.
• Develop value proposition frameworks, calculators, and reporting dashboards.
• Act as the voice of the customer to the Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Ability to work close to data and code, including writing SQL and debugging codebases.
• Strong technical problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
• Commercially minded approach to technical decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers and internal teams.
• High degree of self-direction and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or technical pre-sales roles.
• Experience integrating with or selling to enterprise customers.
• Background in automotive, parts, insurance, or estimating software (e.g., CABAS, CCC, Audatex/Solera).
• Experience working with messy external data formats.
