Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions
• Demonstrate business value through building demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architecture patterns
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and FAQs discovered during pre-sales
• Foster customer advocacy by gathering and relaying feedback to internal product teams
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level relationships
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS requirements
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Javascript and REST APIs
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
• Knowledge of network and cloud architecture
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences
