Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements to ensure effective enterprise integration
• Translate complex customer use cases and security objectives into actionable solutions
• Act as a senior technical advisor to address technical challenges and foster long-term trust
• Partner with sales teams to drive deal progress and align technical solutions with business outcomes
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization
• Lead discussions around customer-specific needs and product design tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical customer-facing roles
• Background in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure preferred
• Expertise in modern enterprise technology such as SSO, RBAC, cloud IAM, or data access governance
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-functional environments to influence product strategy
