Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope's architecture benefits to senior security management and C-level executives
• Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and manage evaluation processes to successful conclusion
• Gather customer technical requirements and respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements
• Present at conferences, seminars, and trade shows

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions or System Engineer
• Proven track record of presenting technical information to business executives and architects
• Experience with Linux, MacOS, and Windows-based systems installation and administration
• Proficiency in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS (Android, iOS)
• Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, VPN, SAML/SSO, and DLP
• Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN
• Experience with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM, and related protocols
• Ability to travel within the assigned region
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and REST API frameworks
• Prior experience with vendor Cloud Security solutions
• Hands-on experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, or Juniper
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, PCNSE, etc.)
• Advanced network technology certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)
• Agile or Project Management certifications (CSM, PMP)
