Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume migrations for SMB and Mid-Market customers, acting as the technical quarterback.
• Manage offshore migration teams by assigning work and conducting quality reviews.
• Support strategic accounts via dedicated Slack channels, providing troubleshooting and triaging feature requests.
• Perform hands-on technical execution, including debugging and writing custom scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize critical features.
• Build customer health infrastructure, including CRM tracking and operational dashboards.
• Analyze product metrics and create scalable communication systems for new features.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git).
• Experience managing high-velocity technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to build operational infrastructure like CRM workflows and health scoring models.
• Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and analyzing usage data.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing vendor SLAs.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation platforms (Docusaurus, GitBook, ReadMe, etc.).
• Experience with MDX or static site generators.
• Familiarity with customer success tools like Salesforce, Vitally, or ChurnZero.
