Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise opportunities
• Lead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholders
• Translate global sustainability regulations into platform-based solutions
• Deliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrations
• Build solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Lead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responses
• Address data integration, API, and technical architecture questions
• Quantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology
• Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations
• Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses
• Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, and business intelligence tools
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
