Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to manage technical discovery and deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Architect tailored solutions that align Maxima’s AI platform to complex accounting environments
• Lead in-depth discussions with Controllers, Finance Systems, and IT teams to uncover requirements
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope integration approaches across systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Workday
• Configure demo and sandbox environments to replicate customer use cases
• Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Consulting within enterprise SaaS
• Deep understanding of accounting operations or financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Workday)
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with multi-entity, multi-currency, or SOX-compliant environments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into value-driven business conversations
• Strong presentation skills for engaging CFOs and Controllers
• Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation tools
