Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers as a player/coach
  • Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals and support the pre-sales lifecycle
  • Shape and execute the Solutions Engineering strategy to drive revenue and product adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align SE resources with enterprise opportunities
  • Develop scalable processes, methodologies, and enablement frameworks
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product insights
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering
  • 4+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience building and scaling SE functions in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with fintech, tax tech, or API-driven platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO
  • Experience with indirect tax
