Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers as a player/coach
- Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals and support the pre-sales lifecycle
- Shape and execute the Solutions Engineering strategy to drive revenue and product adoption
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align SE resources with enterprise opportunities
- Develop scalable processes, methodologies, and enablement frameworks
- Act as a cross-functional bridge with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product insights
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering
- 4+ years in a leadership position
- Experience building and scaling SE functions in B2B enterprise SaaS
- Experience with fintech, tax tech, or API-driven platforms
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into the office of the CFO
- Experience with indirect tax
