Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements
• Collaborate with Legal Engineers to create demos and proof-of-concepts
• Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions
• Respond to technical questions, security concerns, and RFI/RFP responses
• Act as a technical liaison throughout the sales cycle
• Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs
• Translate complex requirements into architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to shape deal and technical strategy
• Support onboarding of technical sales content like demos and case studies
• Work with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
• Experience conducting technical delivery discussions and responding to client technical questions
• Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to technical and business decision-makers
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical topics

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency
