Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support client implementations from sandbox through launch, ensuring high-quality integrations and reliable activations.
• Troubleshoot REST API and integration issues independently, escalating complex or high-risk problems when necessary.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, translating their business goals and constraints into practical technical guidance.
• Improve implementation throughput by developing scalable workflows, automation, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve dependencies and drive client value.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and decisions using internal tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Notion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales, Implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Proficiency working with REST APIs, reading technical documentation, and debugging integration issues.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or API-first environments.
• Familiarity with payments, fintech, or banking integrations.
