Solutions Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts)
• Set performance expectations and establish best practices for scalable solutions
• Build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product
• Partner with Product and Engineering to oversee new product launches and ensure operational readiness
• Provide senior-level insight to executive stakeholders on product health, adoption, and churn metrics
• Own the customer feedback loop to influence product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Drive accountability for turning client feedback into actionable product improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical account management
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Proven track record of program management and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
