Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Discover and scope high-value AI use cases through workshops and deep-dives
• Build and deploy custom AI agents, integrations, and workflows for enterprise clients
• Serve as a technical expert during the sales process by building tailored demos and PoCs
• Drive product adoption by creating documentation, running office hours, and enabling power users
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate platform limitations and requirements
• Develop reusable resources such as templates, documentation, and reference architectures

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, etc.)
• Proficiency in writing production-quality code in JavaScript and Python
• Experience with APIs, integration architectures, and building MCP servers
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes for enterprise customers
• Ability to design and implement agentic workflows and multi-step AI systems
• Fluent English (C1+); German language skills are a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in technical consulting or working at an AI-native company
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment
• Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or platform products
