Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to design and present tailored logistics solutions leveraging automation
• Develop custom distribution and fulfillment solutions aligned with client goals
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and pricing engineers to validate solution feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• Apply knowledge of automation technologies to drive operational improvements
• Support sales in presenting technical insights and developing RFP responses
• Leverage AI and generative AI tools for financial modeling, warehouse layout design, and proposal creation
• Oversee the handoff to implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in 3PL distribution and fulfillment
• At least 3 years focused on automation and solution design
• Proficiency with AI and generative AI tools applied in a professional logistics context
• Proven experience working with sales, operations, and IT teams
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
