Solutions Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end solution delivery, including implementation, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Perform data analysis and KPI tracking to develop dashboards and reports that measure solution effectiveness.
• Assist with systems integration, workflow documentation, and process mapping.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop scripts or lightweight software solutions to support operational improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, and Operations to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with scripting or software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, or systems integration concepts.
• Interest in healthcare technology, enterprise systems, or operational transformation.
• Understanding of Agile or project management methodologies.
