Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy from discovery through close in complex enterprise sales cycles
• Lead rigorous technical discovery to understand workflows, data realities, and constraints
• Translate ambiguous customer challenges into clear structured Hebbia solution frameworks
• Design and configure tailored AI-powered workflows to prove differentiated value during evaluations
• Deliver high-stakes live demos and technical discussions with senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with Sales to increase win rates and deal velocity
• Provide structured product feedback to inform roadmap decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Consulting, or similar)
• Deep experience with AI systems, data platforms, or LLM-based workflows
• Demonstrable executive presence with ability to earn trust from C-Suite practitioners
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solution approaches
• Experience selling to or working in Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, or Legal sectors preferred
• Comfortable operating in high-expectation, performance-driven environments
