Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize insurance solutions powered by advanced AI agents
• Collaborate with leading global insurance companies to identify business needs and tailor product integrations
• Experiment with and evaluate new agentic workflows, orchestration systems, and LLM-enabled insurance solutions
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive roadmap and deliver mission-critical features
• Serve as a technical and domain expert bridging AI innovation and insurance client requirements
• Build and document best practices and solution templates for rapid deployment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
• Strong technical background with experience in Python
• Experience with AI/ML products highly preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with AI platforms
• Experience in insurance technology
• Experience in founding team environments
