Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Represent Flint in customer Slack channels to provide creative guidance and shape web presence
• Leverage prompt engineering to craft pixel-perfect, production-ready pages using Flint's platform
• Assist with design system extraction and fine-tuning of customer sites
• Triage complex technical questions and feature requests to the core engineering team
• Drive AI-native customer lifecycle management using Pylon

Requirements

• Background in web development or customer-facing engineering roles
• Proficiency in React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
• Experience collaborating directly with creative teams to build and launch sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pylon, Zendesk, or Linear
• Familiarity with AI agent development workflows and tools like Cursor or LangChain
• Experience implementing complex website animations
