Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end customer success from pre-contract signing through pilot and conversion
- Lead customer onboarding and conduct training sessions with developers
- Provide tailored product recommendations and feature access based on unique customer needs
- Address technical queries and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex issues
- Harness customer data and feedback to drive product improvements
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams to translate feedback into actionable enhancements
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with a technical background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and software development practices
- Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
