Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to identify technical requirements, security needs, and integration possibilities during the discovery phase.
• Lead custom technical demonstrations focusing on APIs, Webhooks, and data flows to show how the product fits into client tech stacks.
• Own technical security questionnaires and lead discussions with client IT and Security teams to ensure technical wins.
• Support Account Managers by resolving complex technical hurdles for existing clients to prevent churn.
• Provide expert-level support for clients with non-standard technical setups or complex data migration needs.
• Use SQL expertise to help clients and internal teams unlock advanced analytics and bespoke data visualizations.
• Synthesize technical feedback from the field to provide data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management).
• Deep understanding of SaaS integrations, including Webhooks and middleware such as Zapier, Make, or Tray.io.
• Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs and SQL, including the ability to explain JSON structures and query databases.
• Ability to map data flows between platforms and external systems like ERPs, ATS, or Payroll systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
