Extend is building a modern document processing cloud on a mission to transform how the world works with unstructured data. We are a high-performance team tackling novel problems at the intersection of LLMs, complex data processing, and human-AI interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships with a focus on pre-sales deal cycles
- Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend
- Deliver compelling product demos that translate technical concepts into value propositions
- Run and manage POCs from planning through execution
- Answer deep technical questions regarding API architecture, security, and parsing mechanisms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to schemas, prompts, and processor configurations
- Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
- 1+ years of experience leading pre-sales deals
- Proven track record selling technical products to developers and technical decision makers
- Strong technical foundation in architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in-person in New York City
