Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations
• Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to deliver scalable data onboarding solutions
• Contribute to the design, clean up, and maintenance of client data and data architecture
• Collaborate closely with Sales to provide technical and operational guidance during the sales cycle
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and CS teams to support custom integrations
• Identify opportunities for tools and automation to scale workflows
• Provide technical triage and escalation oversight to client stakeholders
• Provide data management training and promote data fluency across the company

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture for enterprise B2B SaaS
• Proven experience leading complex data solutions for enterprise clients
• Deep familiarity with Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and BI tools like Looker or Looker Studio
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies
