Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand requirements
• Represent Support Engineers within your product area and ensure alignment
• Develop roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings
• Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and explain complex concepts
• Guide Customer Success Managers through implementations and training
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues post-launch
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support effective knowledge transfer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in-person at the office 4-5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools
