Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts from presales discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver coordinated experiences for complex enterprise customers
• Drive technical discovery during pre-sales by mapping customer workflows and identifying configuration requirements
• Configure and activate the platform to match unique operational needs of customers
• Build and present best practice recommendations tailored to customer operational models
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Identify and resolve risks in customer deployments proactively

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management
• Proven track record of owning technical implementation for enterprise-grade SaaS or AI/ML products
• Strong technical foundation with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City office 4–5 days per week
