About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead the full pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations that articulate business value
- Engage with stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance teams
- Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives and success criteria
- Design and present solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and regulatory environments
- Collaborate with Product teams to relay customer feedback for enhancements
- Run structured discovery sessions and define POC success criteria
- Co-lead marketing initiatives such as webinars and industry events
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a related field
- Experience working with SaaS solutions and delivering demos or evaluations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as COSO, SOX, ISO 27001, or NIST
