Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and integration of Coframe across customer websites
• Design, code, and deploy A/B test variants using the Mark-1 platform
• Diagnose, debug, and QA test implementations across various browsers and tech stacks
• Instrument and validate analytics pipelines across GA4, Segment, Amplitude, and custom data layers
• Act as a technical bridge between client developers and internal engineering teams
• Manage multiple enterprise client workstreams simultaneously

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, TAM, or Implementation Engineering)
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4, Segment, Amplitude, or Heap
• Proficiency with browser developer tools and network request debugging
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or LaunchDarkly
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Tealium
• Exposure to Shopify or SaaS product environments
• Knowledge of SSR, LCP optimization, and Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) testing
