Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the Braintrust value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers to help close complex opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Communicate customer feedback and competitive landscape insights to internal teams
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in solutions consulting
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Experience writing prompts or tinkering with GPT models and applications
• Ability to connect specific customer problems to technical solutions
