Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos through pre and post-sales cycles, including workshops and solution architecture.
• Manage continuous client relationships by understanding business requirements and technical architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to contribute to new product feature development.
• Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the Sales Team to support sales calls.
• Utilize strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager).
• 5+ years of deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, or trading.
• Proven experience in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
• Demonstrated understanding of web services, APIs, SDKs, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our Brazil office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex client engagements and projects.
