Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos through pre- and post-sales cycles, including technical workshops and solution architecture.
• Manage continuous client relationships by understanding business requirements and technical architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to contribute to the development of new product features.
• Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the Sales Team to support successful sales calls.
• Utilize strong technical skills to explain APIs and create compelling technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager).
• 5+ years of deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, or trading.
• Proven experience with web services, APIs, and SDKs.
• Proficiency in development with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our New York office.
