Solutions Engineer – Automation & AI

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver AI-driven automation solutions across contracting workflows to improve scalability and reliability
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for platforms including Salesforce, Conga CLM/CPQ, and Model N
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures
• Apply Generative AI and LLMs to business workflows, such as contract summarization and workflow automation
• Prototype and iterate on solutions, prioritizing maintainable and platform-first approaches
• Collaborate with architecture and AI platform teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Own end-to-end delivery from initial design through stabilization and measurable operational improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-12 years of professional experience
• 4+ years of experience building automation and integration solutions across enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce or similar ecosystems
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and applying AI-enabled solutions to business workflows
• Experience developing integrations using APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Conga CLM/CPQ, Model N, MuleSoft, Databricks, or Anaplan
• Familiarity with prompt design or AI-assisted workflow tools
• Experience implementing rules-based automation and orchestration frameworks
• Experience building internal tools, assistants, or productivity enhancements within an enterprise environment
