Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Transform customer needs into effective voice bot designs
• Consult on API integration between involved platforms
• Drive external project development and call flow development using the voicebot platform
• Support post-launch projects
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
• Design and maintain conversation flows and integrate back-end systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or MIS
• 3–7 years of software development experience using JavaScript and Node.js
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and code quality
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Nginx or web server technologies
• Proficiency with Git and Linux commands

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Docker
• Experience developing Chatbot or Voicebot solutions
• Interest or experience in Generative AI (GenAI) for Voice Bot applications
