Solutions Engineer, Ads Solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Partners during the sales cycle to provide technical expertise that unlocks new business
• Lead technical discovery with advertisers and agencies regarding data flows, martech stacks, and measurement requirements
• Design implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, and identity solutions
• Guide advertisers through onboarding, ensuring successful setup of tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to implementation, signal quality, and measurement performance
• Build compelling demos, proofs of concept, and technical narratives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate issues and influence roadmap priorities
• Create repeatable technical documentation, playbooks, and best practices
• Train internal sales and success teams on technical capabilities and product features

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, or adtech/martech
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement, pixels, conversion APIs, or CRM/data integrations
• Understanding of advertiser ecosystems including tag managers, CDPs, and analytics tools
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical practitioners and executives
• Proficiency in writing SQL, using APIs, and debugging implementation issues
• Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
