Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows
• Own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer personas
• Design and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions and persona-aware storytelling
• Build field-ready sales enablement resources including guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to align personas with messaging and roadmap priorities
• Define success metrics and iterate based on adoption and impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement
• Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time
• Located in San Francisco, CA and willing to work in-office 4 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments
• Builder mindset with a bias toward action
